10oz - ideal for light sparring or fitness workouts if your weight is below 54kg

12oz - ideal for light sparring or fitness workouts if your weight is below 68kg. Also, best to use for hitting punching bags or training pads.

14oz - great for heavier sparring if your body weight is less than 84kg.

16oz - for heavier sparring if your body weight is more than 84kg.
