Where do you ship?
We currently deliver across the GCC and selected international destinations.
Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
For GCC orders, all duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. There are no surprise charges upon delivery.
For destinations outside the GCC, local customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and product. Estimated delivery is shown at checkout and on the product page where applicable.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you'll receive a tracking link by email.
How do I request a return?
Simply contact our customer care team with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
Are all products returnable?
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, or because they are made to order. These exceptions are clearly indicated on the product page.
Are all products authentic?
Yes. Ninjoo works directly with brands or their authorised manufacturers and distributors. Every product we sell is 100% genuine.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Warranty coverage varies by brand and product. Please refer to the product page or contact our team for details.
Can I pay in instalments?
Buy Now, Pay Later options are available in selected countries where supported.
Do you sell to studios, hotels or businesses?
Yes. We work with fitness studios, hospitality projects, architects and corporate clients across the GCC.
Why don't you carry every product from a brand?
We carefully curate our assortment. Every product is selected because it meets our standards for design, quality and performance.
Will sold-out products come back?
Many products are restocked regularly. If an item is unavailable, you can sign up on the product page to be notified when it returns.
