Refund policy

 


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at customercare@ninjoo.com. Once your return is authorized, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be aware that we will not be held responsible for any items that are returned to us which were not purchased from Ninjoo. This includes personal items as well as items which may have been purchased from other third party companies.

We will keep non-Ninjoo purchased items for up to one month, however, we reserve the right to dispose of them as we deem fit after this time (which may include donating such items to a charity of our choice). Any hazardous or flammable products, as well as items of little monetary value (e.g. pens, glasses, keys), will be disposed of immediately.

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. However, customers returning items repeatedly may be refused service at our discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like nutrition or custom-made products (such as RS Barcelona and Hock). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before you order it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7 to 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
