DELIVERY FEES & TIME
Orders are delivered via Quiqup in the UAE or DHL Express internationally.
UAE:
The standard delivery cost for orders below 390 aed is 10 AED in the UAE.
A 4-hour delivery service is available for deliveries in Dubai for orders placed before 2pm for 25 AED. Free shipping is available for orders 390 AED and above in the UAE.
GCC:
For Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman and Qatar, prices are calculated at checkout based on the item's weight and varies from 39 AED to 89 AED.
Please note that we aim to deliver orders in 2 days with DHL Express but the standard delivery can take up to 6 days.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays in the UAE and KSA.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Most of our items can be shipped internationally with DHL Express, please Whatsapp +971 50 805 8428 or contact customercare@ninjoo.com to arrange your delivery in the country that does not show in the list of countries showing at checkout.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 14-day free return policy provided the items are sent back to us in the original packaging, label, and tags, and make sure the merchandise is in the same condition. Ensure the following conditions are met for a smooth return process:
- You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the day it reaches your doorstep.
- Once the pickup request is initiated, customers will have a window of 3 business days to handover the item/order.
- Shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Return shipping is absolutely FREE.
- Due to product limitations and hygiene, the below items cannot be returned: made to order items from RS Barcelona and HOCK, as well as meditation cushions and towels.
One of our friendly drivers or shipping partners will pick up your purchase FREE of charge. Once your return is inspected by our fulfilment center, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 7 to 10 business days.
