When you use ninjoo.com or send emails to ninjoo, you are communicating with ninjoo electronically. You consent to receive electronically any communications related to your use of this site. ninjoo will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that are provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. All notices from ninjoo intended for receipt by a customer shall be deemed delivered and effective when sent to the email address you provide on any of the ninjoo site.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
ninjoo attempts to provide accurate descriptions and pricing information of products on the site. ninjoo does not warrant, however, that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free and cannot insure against pricing errors. If a product offered on ninjoo is not as described or if the price was incorrectly posted on the website your sole remedy is to return the item.
ORDER PROCESSING
ninjoo may, in its sole discretion, choose to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product you wish to purchase is out of stock or has been mispriced, we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances ninjoo deems appropriate in its sole discretion. ninjoo also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity to process your order. adidas will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.
PAYMENT METHODS
We currently accept online card payments for Visa & Mastercard. Payment will be taken at the time you place your order. By entering payment details onto our website, you warrant that you are duly authorized to pay using those details. We reserve the right to decline orders without liability to you where we believe payments are not authorized, the payment method is not valid or where we do not think you are authorized to use to utilize the relevant tender type.
SHIPPING & TAXES
Shipping and taxes will be calculated based on the country and method of delivery and indicated at the time of checkout, shipping fees will be calculated on the total price.
RETURN POLICY
ninjoo accepts free 14-day returns from the date of delivery. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, label, and tags, and make sure the merchandise is in the same condition. Ensure the following conditions are met for a smooth return process:
- Once the pickup request is initiated, customers will have a window of 3 business days to handover the item/order.
- Shipping fees are non refundable.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Return shipping is absolutely FREE.
ninjoo will not accept returns for made-to-order items. Current made-to-order items include products from RS Barcelona and HOCK.
