Hand-processed leather for the seating and lying areas (available in genuine and imitation leather) make the bench a visual eye-catcher that fits effortlessly into any ambience.

When it comes to function, the fusion of precision technology and handcraft is also convincing here. The dynamic seat and backrest can be adjusted in up to eight positions for comprehensive dumbbell training. All padded surfaces are ergonomically shaped and offer optimal support in the range of motion of any dumbbell exercises up to shoulder height. Positioning it higher at the front end of the seat ensures a firm hold when training with heavier weights.

The frame of the NOHRD Weight Bench Dumbbell is 128 cm long and 35 cm wide. The lying surface has a maximum length of 135 cm and a width of 32 cm with a seat height of 44 cm. The maximum user weight including dumbbells is 400 kg.
