Your Bala Pilates Method can anchor to nearly any sturdy surface in your home: a door, a sturdy railing, a heavy coffee table, a couch, or a table. The best way to see every option are the How To Anchor and Getting Started videos.

To clean, gently hand-wash neoprene wraps with water and soap, rinse, and let air dry. Do not machine wash or dry.

Medium: the all-arounder designed for a full body workout. 5-15lbs of resistance per band. Similar to a medium spring on the reformer.
Heavy: designed for heavy-hitters and for targeting larger muscle group movements. 10-25lbs of resistance per band.
