The NOHrD TriaTrainer combines three devices in one: In the compact basic position it serves as a classic abdominal and core trainer and can be folded out quickly and easily to become a back or buttocks trainer. When fully unfolded, the TriaTrainer becomes a stylish weight bench for varied strength training.

The frame is made of black-stained beech wood and in the basic position the TriaTrainer requires less than one square meter of space.
The flexible footrest can be adjusted to ten positions and is made of sturdy, black foam. The TriaTrainer is available in either artificial or genuine leather.
