This is not the band you start with. The Murtra Sport Resistance Band 4m is built for athletes who have outgrown standard lengths and need a full range of movement without running out of band mid-rep. At 4m — stretching to over 10m under load — it handles the full arc of sprint assistance, ballistic pulling work, and advanced compound movements that shorter bands simply cannot sustain. The same industrial webbing construction as the rest of the range: no rolling, no pinching, progressive resistance from first movement, durability up to 7 years. Machine washable at 30°C. The longest band in the range. For training that demands it.
