TRX was founded in 2005 by Randy Hetrick, a former Special Forces Commander. The idea came to Randy in 1997 when as a NAVY Seal during a mission abroad, he was looking for ways to keep in shape using the material he had by his side: a jiu jitsu belt and parachute webbing. 15 years later, TRX has become THE absolute reference when it comes to suspension training.
